The MBD Education service is provided by MBD Education, SL a Spanish company with registered office in Madrid, c/ Alcalá, 52 y NIF B88133947.

1. Subscription

Subscription to MBD Education services will continue to be active month by month until terminated by means of the cancellation action developed by the user. To use the service you must have access to the Internet through a compatible device. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the monthly billing date, you authorize us to charge the next month's subscription fee through the payment process validated by the user.

2. Billing

  • 2.1. Billing cycle. The MBD Education subscription fee and any other charges associated with your use of the MBD Education service, such as taxes and potential transaction fees, will be billed monthly to your Payment Method on the calendar day that corresponds to the start of the payment portion of your subscription. In some cases the billing date may change, such as if your Payment Method has not been configured correctly or if your paid subscription was initiated on a non-existent day in a given month.
