MBD Education is a subscription service that allows you to access high quality training video tutorials where you will learn the best techniques step by step explained by expert stylists. To make your search easier, they are divided into different subject areas.

The MBD Education service is provided by MBD Education, SL a Spanish company with registered office in Madrid, c/ Alcalá, 52 y NIF B88133947.

1. Subscription

Subscription to MBD Education services will continue to be active month by month until terminated by means of the cancellation action developed by the user. To use the service you must have access to the Internet through a compatible device. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the monthly billing date, you authorize us to charge the next month's subscription fee through the payment process validated by the user.

2. Billing

2.1. Billing cycle. The MBD Education subscription fee and any other charges associated with your use of the MBD Education service, such as taxes and potential transaction fees, will be billed monthly to your Payment Method on the calendar day that corresponds to the start of the payment portion of your subscription. In some cases the billing date may change, such as if your Payment Method has not been configured correctly or if your paid subscription was initiated on a non-existent day in a given month.
2.2. Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the "My Account" link. If the payment is not configured correctly, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or for some other reason, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we obtain a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue billing the updated Payment Method and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may involve a change in the payment dates of your invoices.
2.3. Cancellation. You can cancel your MBD Education subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the MBD Education service until the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or subscriptions for partial monthly subscription periods or unviewed MBD Education content. To cancel your subscription, go to the "My Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
2.4. Price Changes and Service Plans. We may change our service plans and their price at our discretion and no change in price or service plans will affect you until we notify you.

3. MBD Education Service

3.1. You must be 18 years of age, or of legal age in your province, territory or country, in order to subscribe to the MBD Education service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
3.2 The MBD Education service and any content viewed through the service are solely for your personal use and not for commercial use. During your MBD Education subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the MBD Education service and view MBD Education content. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest will be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public displays.
